Who are we and why should you listen to us? 

Hey! We are Ben and Rob and we both co-founded and run GramFitness.co.uk

We're both busy professionals working and living in London. We both work 60+ hours weeks, travel away from home and regularly have to go out for dinner with work and clients. 
Over the past 10 years, we've developed a series of frameworks and strategies that have helped us compete in natural bodybuilding competitions, get stronger and lean on demand. 
Now we are helping people avoid all the mistakes we made (trust me, there is a lot) and create unstoppable results without the confusion, stress and sacrifice that the fitness industry makes you believe is necessary.
